How has social media impacted your organization?
FB has expanded my customer base exponentially….. If I have something that I want to sell, or pull people into Dublin, I just click a button and throw a few dollars in the pot, and FB does a lot of the work. Same for Instagram, Pinterest, Constant Contact.
How do you find the time to maintain a successful social media campaign?
I usually try to update all of my events in my off time during the evenings…its very time consuming, and repetitive.
What advice do you have for an organization that is just getting started with their social media?
Don’t wait to use all of the tools and features on your Social sites…..test and try things that you see results from. Ask questions, use pictures, gain as many interested clients using all forms of media.
